Can I Cancel, Amend Or Add To An Order?

Amending An Order. It isn't possible to amend an online order via your online account. If you would like to make any amendments please contact us and we will do our best to fulfil your request.


Cancelling An Order. If you would like to cancel an order then please contact us, letting us know which items you would like to cancel and whether you would like a refund or credit for a future order.


Adding To An OrderIf you would like to add to your order you will need to call our Customer Service team so we can take the additional payment over the phone. 



Please note that if your order is already being processed by our nursery ('in picking'), then we will be unable to amend or cancel your order. Therefore we advise that you get in contact as soon as possible after placing your order.
