Can I Cancel, Amend Or Add To An Order?

Amending An Order. Once an order has been placed, we are not able to add items to an order. We are able to change the delivery address up to the point at which your order is being prepared for despatch at our nursery ("in picking"). Cancelling An Order. If you would like to cancel an order then please contact us, letting us know which items you would like to cancel. Please note that once your order is being prepared for despatch at our nursery ("in picking"), it will not be able to cancel your order. 


Adding To An Order. We are not able to add to an order once the order has been placed. You will need to place a new order via our website or over the phone. 



Please note that if your order is already being processed by our nursery ('in picking'), then we will be unable to amend or cancel your order. Therefore we advise that you get in contact as soon as possible after placing your order.
